Welcome to TickUp ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
1.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description
2.1 TickUp Services
TickUp is a personal planning and task management service designed to help you capture what is on your mind, decide what matters, and plan your time. Depending on the features you choose and your plan, the Services may include task capture, daily and weekly planning, time and energy planning, project and team collaboration, third-party integrations, and optional AI-assisted features.
2.2 Team Projects
TickUp Team Projects are shared workspaces that individual account holders can create or join to coordinate work. Project owners and members with the appropriate permissions may invite or remove members, assign roles, manage project settings, and access content within the Team Project. Personal tasks, notes, schedules, and other Planning content outside a Team Project remain in the individual's own space and are not shared merely because they join a Team Project. Joining a Team Project does not transfer ownership of an individual's TickUp account to the project owner or organisation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share information you add to a Team Project.
2.3 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for protecting access to your email account, sign-in provider, devices, and any verification code, link, or session associated with your TickUp account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
2.5 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create an individual TickUp account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. A parent or guardian may invite or help a user aged 13 to 17 create an account, but each account remains personal to the individual user. Individual accounts for children under 13 are not currently supported.
